Duty of Care Training

This Duty of Care Awareness Training focuses on Standard 3 of the Care Certificate. This ensures that employees know what duty of care they have to those receiving care and support in the workplace.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

• Understand how to prevent those in need of support from being harmed
• Learn how to deal with difficult situations and confrontations
• Know how to deal with incidents, near misses or errors
