An Intermediate Apprenticeship in IT Skills is an ideal programme for those starting out in an IT Support or Data Management role. This Apprenticeship provides the apprentice with the competence, skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently with IT systems, communication and productivity tools and software applications.
This Apprenticeship programme would be best suited for any entry level employee working within an IT support role. Learners will need to be able to demonstrate that they can carry out a range of work activities in a variety of contexts. This includes completing tasks whilst working as part of a team and taking ownership when working on their own.

The Apprenticeship in IT Skills has mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Intermediate Apprenticeship you must achieve a minimum of 38 credits.
