An Advanced Apprenticeship in Management Level 3 is an ideal programme for those wanting to progress into managing various aspects of a business. An Apprenticeship in Management will develop your skills to include planning, allocating, supporting, managing and motivating a team.
Within your job role, you need to be able to show that you can carry out a range of work activities in a variety of contexts. Some of these activities will require you to carry out tasks whilst working as part of a team. In addition, you need to show that you can take responsibility for your own work and work by yourself when needed.
All Apprenticeship frameworks must contain the following components:
• Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
• Knowledge of Employment Rights and Responsibilities
• Maths, English and ICT Skills at Level 2
• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ)
The Apprenticeship in Management Level 3 has mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Advanced Apprenticeship you must achieve 5 mandatory units and several optional units to achieve a minimum of 55 credits.
