An Advanced Apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing (Level 3) is an ideal programme for those working as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, In-House Resourcer or a Client Account Representative. This Apprenticeship is designed to turn raw talent into commercial success within the fast paced and competitive environment of the recruitment industry.
Learners will need to be able to demonstrate that they can carry out a range of work activities in a variety of contexts. This includes completing tasks whilst working as part of a team and taking ownership when working on their own.
This programme requires Learners to perform some of the following: Identifying client and company recruitment requirements, pre-selecting candidates, assessing candidates, matching and presenting candidates to employers/managers/client, attracting, briefing and supporting candidates, administering recruitment processes, developing working relationships with colleagues and clients.

The Advanced Apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing (Level 3) has mandatory and optional units. To achieve the Apprenticeship you must achieve 9 mandatory units and several optional units to achieve a minimum of 41 credits.
