Course Aims:

Performance management should be strategic, in that it involves broader and longer-term organisational goals, whilst linking various aspects of the business, people management, individuals and teams. This involves identifying skills, setting clear objectives and measuring team and individual performance. Staff who understand what is expected of them are more motivated and perform more effectively.

Course Pre-requisites:

This programme is for you if you want to develop your own performance management skills in order to improve organisational effectiveness, implement a continuous development of individuals and teams and encourage individuals to behave in a way that allows and fosters better working relationships.
