A two-day programme led by two management experts and is for staff who are responsible for managing a team and/or a budget. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the issues of managing resources within a limited budget whilst ensuring the service they deliver is both safe and effective.

Participants will also have an opportunity to discover their leadership strengths and weakness. They will be given the tools and techniques to identify what style of leadership is most appropriate to lead their team along with some useful tips on managing different aspects of team and individual performance and will leave the class with an action plan to implement in their workplace.
