This Virtual course aims to provide registered staff with the theory related to IV therapy –
- Accountability,
- Anatomy and Physiology,
- IV therapy delivery.
- Devices and care.
- Management of complications.
- Drug administration.
- Calculations.
There is no practical with this virtual session, competency would need sign off in the work environment by a competent person we provide competency documents for you to use for: PICC line care, taking blood from ports and PICCs and Drug administration.
