Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship

The team leader/ supervisor apprenticeship is ideally suited for colleagues taking their first step into line management, or those with some experience of managing a team or project. Roles within Virgin Care are typically at the Leading Others level in our Behaviours Framework for example service managers (one service), team leaders, project managers, practice managers, business development manager etc.

Over an 18-month period you will focus on building the skills and knowledge you need to be an effective leader within Virgin Care as well as have the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification in leadership and management.

You will be doing the ILM level 3 Diploma for Managers as part of the apprenticeship using innovative virtual learning and online resources, with a secure ePortfolio. This will enable you to access learning materials and your portfolio on demand using nothing more complex than a web browser on your chosen device, whenever and wherever you want
