Interview Skills Preparation for Students (Medicine, Dentistry, Vet)

This highly interactive course is an essential part of your preparation in the application and interview process for Medical, Dental and Veterinary School. It is hosted by experienced NHS Consultant Physicians, Dental Surgeons and Senior Lecturers who have been involved in this process for several years.

Aim

To provide students with high quality knowledge and practical experience in order to effectively prepare for a medical, dental or veterinary medical school interview and application.

• Identify how to use each question as an opportunity to promote your skills and experience.
• Identify important interview techniques, and outline good personal attributes and body language.
• Outline interview strategies and lateral thinking questions.
• Discuss the importance of hot topics such as work experience, The NHS and ethics.
