All trainings provided by Ashfield Services were very inspirational, energising, bringing lots of ideas to my staff and myself. In-depth knowledge together with case studies we were able to share experience and skills. I found the course very useful and will hopefully be able to put new knowledge it into practice. Feedback to the Cannulation training session:

I am a nurse and already skilled in cannulating, but due to a required competency assessment for my new NHS post I had to do the training again. The trainer gave the presentation in a calm and entertaining manner which made the hours go by in a pleasant way. The course was well structured, all assessments and eventualities were covered and finished with a practical session on a dummy. Even my colleagues, who had never cannulated before, left equipped with the knowledge and skills to master a successful first attempt on real people on the next day.

Venepuncture Course: The Tutor was very knowledgeable, she was able to answer all questions without hesitation. She catered for everyone’s learning needs. At the end of the course staff left with smiles on their faces and felt the course meet their expectation.

The sepsis training we had for 12 members of staff was very informative, the trainer made the subject interesting and easy to understand, he answered all questions and gave us every opportunity to discuss. Two days later, a resident became unwell, the staff who had attended the training referred to the information they had learnt from the training: identified possible sepsis and had the 999 call escalated to priority 1. That resident was treated for pneumonia and was kept in for a few days to be treated. Had the staff not had the training, they may have missed those vital signs and the outcome would have been very different for him. Thank you Ashfield, you have made a difference!

I can’t begin to praise Ashfield Services enough. With 650 staff to train it had been quiet daunting finding quality training providers that we could rely on. We have been using Ashfield now since 2016. The training they provide is of the highest quality and the tutors are very knowledgeable. The feedback I get from the staff that have attended their courses is always 100% positive.
The communication with Matthew, Billy and the team is always reliable and fast, I can always pick up the phone to speak to them if I need advice or to book courses. They also keep me up to date with upcoming courses.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality training from an honest, friendly and reliable company.

I thought I would give you some feedback on the Tissue Viability training day attended by 3 of my staff. They have all reported back that it was a fantastic day - they learnt such a lot and the tutor was very knowledgeable and interactive.
