Late Arrivals
It is at times difficult to get to training on time with unforeseen events and for that reason we offer a 20 minutes window after the course start time for exceptional situations. However, we are keen that your training is effective and uninterrupted and therefore delegates who arrive late (after 20 minutes) will lose their place and will not be refunded. Please plan your journey well in advance.
Delegates who arrive late will be welcome to book for another day but will need to pay again at the same delegate rate.
If you believe your estimated time of arrival will be 30 minutes after the start, please do not to turn up to the training venue but contact us by telephone on 0300 303 0059 should you wish to rebook. Your training place is non-refundable. This means if you do miss your course you will be very welcome to attend another course but you will need to pay again.

The Learning Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any course and in such cases any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
